9.2. Manage Email Continuity Inbox

You will only see the Email Continuity Inbox tab if your organization subscribes to this service.

McAfee Email Continuity allows you to access your business email messages when your mail server

is no longer available to accept mail. Your personal Email Continuity Inbox is only ‘active’ when your

mail server is unavailable. If your mail server is active and accepting email, the Email Continuity

Inbox is disabled.

You can access messages in your inbox in one of two ways.

1. Sign into the control console with your login credentials and click on Email Protection 

Email Continuity

2. Click in an active link in a Spam Quarantine Report (SQR) to access your user account.

The following are examples of messages you may receive, depending on your Email Continuity

access.

When a user is disallowed from viewing their Email Continuity inbox due to a policy or Disaster

Recovery Setup option, the following message is displayed.
