Add a URL

You can add a clickable link in your notifications by inserting a URL. For example, you might want

your users to send an email to the administrator when they need access to a blocked site. To do

this, add a URL.

Enter the name of the clickable link. E.g. click here to contact your administrator

Highlight the ‘clickable’ text and click the Hyperlink icon. In the pop-up, enter the name of the URL

to launch when the link is clicked.

To enter a URL: enter the fully qualified URL path. e.g. http://mcafee.com

To enter an Email Address: preface the email address with mailto: and then enter the fully qualified

email address. e.g. mailto:admin@mydomain.com

When you Preview your changes, the text is a displayed as a clickable link. When clicked, the user is

either take to an internet page, or their email client opens with the email address populated.
