PCIG Printer Ribbon Re-inking Service
The PCIG offers a printer ribbon re-inking service. Club
members can have printer ribbons re-inked at the cost of
$1.00 per ribbon. The money received is put into the club
treasury to purchase supplies. There is no maximum number
of times you can use the re-inking service. The ribbons are
re-inked with black ink made for dot matrix printers. The
May copy of the newsletter contains a coupon that is valid for
one free re-inking. The coupon is valid for one year for the
member whose name is printed on it, and will be exchanged
at the time the ribbon is re-inked.
To get printer ribbons re-inked, bring them to Jim Collins at
the monthly PCIG meeting and he will return them to you at
the next monthly meeting. Shorter turn around, one or two
days, can be provided if you call Jim and make arrangements
to drop off the ribbons and arrange to pick them up when they
are finished. Jim's phone number is 289-8431.
